The Following Information is for NON FREIGHT SHIPMENTS only.

We ship all NON FREIGHT to anywhere in the USA (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii) via UPS and the cost is mentioned in the auction description.
Due to the complications and fees for shipping outside the Continental United States, we ask that you review our terms and conditions for your area at the links below.
 
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories:

By bidding you agree to our terms and conditions below.

BEFORE bidding on an item, please email us for a shipping quote. You will need to provide us with your full address AND phone number. To receive a quote, please click here.  

Shipping methods:  

  1. UPS – UPS is our preferred method of shipping unless you request otherwise, your quote will be for UPS shipping. UPS can only deliver to Alaska,  Hawaii and US Territories by their Second Day or Next Day Air Services.  

2. USPS –

    1. With the United States Postal Service, there is no way to track or confirm shipping / delivery on shipments to U.S. Territories unless shipped via Express Mail. Therefore, all U.S. Postal Service shipments that are shipped by any service other than Express Mail, are shipped at THE BUYERS RISK. There are NO REFUNDS for lost or damaged USPS shipments.
    2. We do not regularly ship via the United States Postal Service. When we do we have to make a special trip to the post office. With this in mind there is a non-refundable $10.00 handling fee that will be included in the shipping quote. This fee is Non- negotiable!
    3. All shipments to Alaska,  Hawaii via the United States Postal Service will include the cost of insurance AND delivery conformation.

BEFORE bidding on an item, please email us for a shipping quote. You will need to provide us with your full address, including province abbreviation and postal code, AND your phone number. To receive a quote, please click here.

    1. We do not regularly ship via the United States Postal Service. When we do we have to make a special trip to the post office. With this in mind there is a non-refundable $10.00 handling fee that will be included in the shipping quote. This fee is Non- negotiable!
    2. With the United States Postal Service there is no way to track or confirm shipping / delivery on International shipments unless shipped via Global Express Mail. Therefore, all U.S. Postal Service shipments that are shipped by any service other than Global Express Mail, are shipped at THE BUYERS RISK. There are NO REFUNDS for lost or damaged USPS shipments.
    3. The Maximum weight that US Postal Service will ship is 70lbs!! Each country has different weight and size restrictions for parcels sent via Mail. To find weight and size restrictions for your country go to: www.usps.com.

    1. If you have an account with another shipping company, we will be more than happy to ship through them on your account. We will need you to make all the arrangements and forward us ALL the documentation required. We will need an Air Bill (issued by the freight company) filled out AND your account number.
    2. Due to the amount of paperwork and time that goes into International Orders being shipped any way besides UPS, there is a non-refundable $10.00 handling fee that will be included in the shipping quote. This fee is Non- negotiable! This fee applies even if you provide your own carrier.
    3. Please include a contact phone number! If your item is held at Customs, they will need to be able to contact you.

  2. Customs Declaration – We WILL NOT adjust or alter the customs form. Customs value WILL BE for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ON CUSTOMS, BROKERAGE, OR TAXES / TARIFFS CHARGED BY CUSTOMS OR THE IMPORT BROKER.
  3. Export Laws – Some items may be illegal to ship to Canada.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that an item you bid on may legally be shipped to your country. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for items that are held and / or destroyed by customs!
