We search through a broker (CaseStack) for the best rates and delivery time to get your purchase to your door. Unfortunately they do not allow for Dock or Terminal Pick up.

1. Due to the limited liability of most freight companies, along with the high risk of freight shipments, ALL freight quotes will include insurance.
2. Due to the time it takes to package freight items and contract shipping terms through a trucking service, we ask that you allow us at least 1 week to package your item and get it shipped. When it ships we will email you a conformation email with the PRO Number and the name of the trucking company. When possible we will also email you the web address to the trucking company so you may track your purchases online.
3. You are more than welcome to arrange transport through your own freight company. We will need a few things first though.
1. We will need you to arrange pick up and fill out ALL the necessary forms, including the Bill Of Lading, Air Bill, and any other information your freight company requires.
2. We will need at least 5 days notice of the pick up date.
3. Due to the cost of packing and / or crating freight items, there will be a non-refundable $30.00 handling fee.
4. If you are in the San Diego area you are more than welcome to come by our warehouse and pick up any item. There is never a handling fee if you decide to pick an item up!

Terms and Conditions For Alaska and Hawaii Freight Shipments:

The same terms and conditions apply for shipping freight to Alaska and Hawaii as to ship within the Continental US, but please note that air freight can be muck more expensive to Alaska and Hawaii and we CAN NOT guarantee that we can find a shipping company that can handle freight shipments to you. With this in mind it is very important that you email us before bidding to make sure we can get this item to you.

We have had some luck in the Past with International Freight Shipments, but you would have to provide the Customs Broker. Even with one I can not Guarantee that I can get it to you, but lets give it a try.

Before we can get you a quote, we will need to know a few things.

4. The city of the nearest Major Airport.
5. And if you need door to door service or if you can pick up at the airport terminal.
(Note this option is not available for all International shipments.)

3. Costs – You agree to the shipping quote provided. If you have not received a shipping quote please email us for one before bidding.
4. Customs Declaration – We WILL NOT adjust or alter the customs form. Customs value WILL BE for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, and or tariffs added to shipments.
5. Export Laws -- To some countries certain items may not be legal to export to.     Also, it is illegal to sell merchandise to certain countries without an export / import license. Customs laws are different for every country and change constantly. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that an item you bid on may legally be shipped to your country. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for items that are held and or destroyed by customs!
